Join our new FEI/Prouty i•will (igniting women in leadership and life) cohort starting on April 14! We are offering a small group of women leaders a truly unique experiential development opportunity to lead, think and learn differently, focusing on our whole selves – not just our work selves.

Participants will be stretched and transformed through three highly interactive sessions over the next three months:

Session I: Igniting Self to Purpose
April 14, 2021 | 12:00-1:30pm CT

Session II: Authentic Connections
May 12, 2021 | 12:00-1:30pm CT

Session III: Inspired Leadership
June 16, 2021 | 12-1:30pm CT

During our time together, we will enter with open hearts and minds ready to engage with ourselves and each other and leave ignited to purpose and connected to a small and powerful community of women.

As this is a cohort program over a three-month period of time, attendance in all sessions will be critical as we build connection to ourselves and each other..  Please plan to attend all 3 sessions.

All sessions will be led by Prouty Project, a 33-year-old boutique management consulting firm that specializes in strategic planning and leadership development. They encourage leaders to achieve bigger goals, bolder strategies and better collaboration. They also created i•will: Igniting Women in Leadership and Life, an immersion and transformation leadership retreat filled with unexpected experiential activities that encourage meaningful connections with other women leaders.

Session will be held virtually.

Attendance is limited to 12 participants.  Priority will be given to current FEI Twin Cities members through Wednesday, March 31 and then opened to all on a first-come basis.  So register TODAY and we'll send a a registration update after March 31 with final event registration status.

We hope you will join us for these sessions!
